The Ulster County Dispute Resolution Center is holding a panel discussion for parents on communicating with teens on difficult subjects.
Parents can hear from local experts on the topics of drugs and alcohol, sex and sexuality, dating and relationships, and internet safety and usage as well as hear about communication strategies for any topic.
