ULSTERCORPS’ 17th ANNUAL
MLK DAY CELEBRATION OF SERVICE
Postponed to Monday, January 19th, 2026 from 12-2:30pm
A thank you event honoring all volunteers in Ulster County
Celebrating your service to the community and honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Volunteers from ALL Ulster County non-profits were welcomed at UlsterCorps’ 17th Annual MLK Day Celebration of Service at the Rosendale Recreation Center, 1055 NY-32, Rosendale, NY, postponed to Monday, January 17th, 2026 from 12-2:30pm. The event honors volunteers from service organizations throughout Ulster County for their hard work and dedication.
The event celebrates the broad circle of kindness and generosity that still knits us together as a community and demonstrates the value of the volunteer spirit across all generations. The event is free and, in 2026, included live music by Ubaka Hill – Drumsong Orchestra and Women of the World, lunch and refreshments, raffle, table and door prizes. Attendees can choose to join us for a sit-down meal together, or simply stop by for a to-go box. There is also an event program listing the names of all volunteers who pre-registered by January 12th, as well as all businesses and agency partners contributing raffle items and supporting the event.
