Schedule for the Sunday Grand Prix classes and the two special events for the first three weeks of horse shows:
â–ª Sunday, May 30 – $50,000 EMO Grand Prix, 2pm
▪ Saturday, June 5 – Taste-of HITS from 12-2pm.
â–ª Sunday, June 6 – $75,000 HITS Grand Prix, 2pm
▪ Sunday, June 13 – Purina Mills Kids Day from 12-2pm followed by $125,000 Purina Mills Grand Prix at 2pm.
The Taste-of event is going to take place in the Pavilion and the following restaurants are going to participate:
NEW WORLD HOME COOKING CO., MAIN STREET RESTAURANT, THE DAM CAFÉ & DELI, MIRABELLA’S, CAFÉ MEZZALUNA, TEA TIME, HUDSON VALLEY DESSERT CO., LE CANARD ENCHAINE, PARTITION STREET WINE SHOP and TOWN & COUNTRY LIQUOR.
The Kids’ Day event is going to take place in a new practice ring that’s been built next to the Blacksmith and Vet buildings just across the road from the pond area. There is a full list of activities for Kids’ Day, including a bounce house from Price Chopper, a performance by Ratboy, Jr., face painters (three are coming), old fashion games like sack and egg and spoon races, pony rides, a horseless horse show, cupcake decorating, and dog talent competition
