Farms to Food Pantries Pickup & Delivery

The apple sauce made from apples donated by local orchards, gleaned
by a fabulous team of volunteers, and processed by our wonderful
friends at Woodcrest is ready for pickup and delivery to local pantries
and soup kitchens! We have also gotten calls about fresh apples being
donated by another orchard in Clintondale (70 boxes!) and possibly
some potatoes (up to 15 70lb bags). We are looking at delivery this
coming Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday and wanted to assess
availability of volunteers and vehicles. Pickups/vans and strong
volunteers would be an enormous help… If you’re available please email

We could also use a volunteer to help with logistics & coordination in
advance of delivery date.
