Rosendale Theatre Collective seeks an experienced General Contractor to oversee construction by volunteers for repairs and upgrades to the theatre. Â This is a part-time situation, with work planned in three phases. Â Work will be overseen by a local architect with much experience in theatre repair via specific blueprint plans. Â Many local builders, carpenters, and related tradespeople have volunteered their time for these upgrades. Â We need someone with a flexible schedule, solid credentials in the building trade, experience managing projects, etc. Â Work is expected to begin in June 2010.
