Rosendale Theatre Collective seeks an experienced General Contractor

Rosendale Theatre Collective seeks an experienced General Contractor to oversee construction by volunteers for repairs and upgrades to the theatre.  This is a part-time situation, with work planned in three phases.  Work will be overseen by a local architect with much experience in theatre repair via specific blueprint plans.  Many local builders, carpenters, and related tradespeople have volunteered their time for these upgrades.  We need someone with a flexible schedule, solid credentials in the building trade, experience managing projects, etc.  Work is expected to begin in June 2010.  Please contact f-stop fitzgerald, chairman of the board, RTC, 845-658-8533, fstopf@gmail.com.
