Greeting in Town:
Friday 13th, from 4 to 8:30pm= 15 volunteers
Saturday 14th from 9:30am to 8:30 pm
Sunday from 9:30am to 5 pm.
to welcome visitors in Phoenicia Main street, guide trafic towards parking area, inform visitors about concerts, create an happening in the street and good mood.
they will be the smile of our town and the immediate thing visitors will see..

that are informed about festival and will come to the police/parking meetinf Tuesday 10 th of August at 6pm ( festival office 90 main street Phoenicia)
Ushering at venues:
park- 15 volunteers at each events.
Futral recital
Friday 13th.. from 7:00 to 9pm
Sat 14th
from 12:00 to 1:30pm -firecrow concert.
from 7:00 to 9pm- Falstaff.
Sunday 15th
from 1:30pm to 4pm. Kolb recital- choir recital
Methodist:
Sat.14th
2 ushers
from 10am to noon ( rozz morehead concert)
Catholic Church
2 ushers
from 5:45pm to 7:45pm
Train station
one usher at 4pm. for 30mn.
Parking greeting
20 volunteers
times have to be discussed.
Garbage and maintenance of the park
15 volunteers after each concert

Sunday after 3:30 and 4:30pm
