Here’s how YOU can help before the event:
1. Tell your friends about it.
2. Email invitations to everyone you know.
3. Remind people they can buy tickets, on line, at www.haitiansupportproject.org
4. Let people know they can also advance tickets at Catskill Art & Office Supply stores (Woodstock, Kingston, Poughkeepsie)
5. Print your own flyers and post them around your town.
6. Forward this email to everyone on your team
7. Come to BSP, on 4/21, 1:00pm, to decorate, put the dance floor in, and move furniture
8. Come to BSP, on 4/22, 1:00pm, to finish preparing the space

Here’s how YOU can help on the day of the event, Friday April 23rd:
1. Pick up sound equipment in New Paltz — with your truck
2. Be part of the team to pick up sound equipment in New Paltz
3. Arrive at BSP, at 1:00 pm, to help set up
4. Stay after the event to help clean up
5. Coordinate the effort to get the “green room” together for the bands
6. Coordinate the set-up effort in the main room

Here’s how YOU can help on the day after the event, Saturday April 24th:
1. Collect the event signs posted around town
2. Return sound equipment to New Paltz
3. Return screens and projectors to library
4. Help with the final clean up of BSP Saturday
