CITY ASKS CITIZENS TO ASSIST IN CREATING THE NEW CONPREHENSIVE PLAN
The City is seeking the help of its citizens in creating the new Kingston Comprehensive Plan currently under development. The public is asked to take a few minutes to fill out a survey posted on the City’s website, www.kingston-ny.gov/2025. Input from the public will be used to help shape the vision being forged for the city’s future in areas such as zoning, open space, land use, parks and recreation, housing and other issues. This is a unique opportunity for the public to voice their opinions about Kingston’s strengths and weaknesses, cite concerns and make recommendations for improvements.
To take the survey, click on the 2025 icon at the top of the website, then click on the square to the left on the bottom. Neighboring squares give you the opportunity to submit your own ideas or questions to the City Planning Department by e-mail.
