Please join us for Farm To Food Pantry Apple Gleaning at Hudson Valley Research Labs in Highland, Monday mornings throughout the fall from 8:45-11:15 am (weather permitting). Volunteers of all ages are needed to harvest apples for distribution through local food pantries, shelters and community meal programs. As always, pantry friends are welcome to glean directly for their programs, and all volunteers are welcome to pick a share for themselves or a loved one at the end of the gleaning. If possible please bring a container/bag for your share. Please wear sturdy shoes, socks and sun protection.
