26th Annual Beltane Festival at Stone Mountain Farm

This is our largest annual event for our 501c3 organization. It’s a large event attended by approximately 1,500 people over the course of the day. It takes months of planning and organizing and we desperately need boots on the ground just to make this happen this year. Planning actually starts now leading up to the event. Local arts groups like the Vanaver Caravan are a very big part of it. We have opportunities for people to volunteer for several hours during the event or help become part of the core team that makes it all happen. Come dressed in your fanciful best to celebrate with our merry band of Musicians, Singers & Dancers, Jongleurs & Players, Fine Artisans & Vendors of Foods, Apparel & Sundrie Items, Giant Puppets, Dancing Dragons & Prancing Horses, all manner of Clowns, Masquers, Magical Beings, Birds & Beasties! Let us bid farewell to Winter and welcome Spring at the 26th annual Beltane Festival, Renaissance & Craft Faire, to be held on Saturday, April 29th, 2017.

The Center for Symbolic Studies is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) healing and performing arts center exploring the psyche through the window of myth. Our mission is to provide a theater of opportunities for conscious myth-making, leading to personal growth and communal awareness.
