Volunteers are needed to provide a powerful voice in a child’s life. If you are over 21 years of age, have a strong commitment to children, great communication skills, your own transportation, can pass a background check, and are available during the business day for 10-12 hours per month over the course of the next year, please contact CASA of Ulster County at casa@drcservices.org or 845-372-8771.

Juvenile Community Accountability Board
Family of Woodstock, Inc., in conjunction with Ulster County Probation started a Juvenile Community Accountability Board (JCAB) which meets with youth who have committed a crime to review the impact of their actions and help create a plan to help the youth make restoration to their community. This is an evidence based restorative justice model that relies on community volunteers in order to work. We are looking for a few more.
