The Rosendale Theatre Collective is looking for people to host a total of 40 or more potluck fundraisers, all to take place between Thursday, April 8, and Sunday, April 11. Each host will decide the suggested donation ($10 to $30, or whatever). The collective will provide the invitations. The goal is to get hosts from different social circles, so that they won’t all invite the same people.
Gale McGovern (gale@hvi.net, 657-5759) is coordinating the project, from which the collective hopes to raise a considerable amount of money toward the purchase of the Rosendale Theatre.
All you need to do this is people to invite and a place to invite them to.
The invitations need to go out by March 11 or so, so please let us know as soon as possible if you can host one of these potlucks.
