This year because of the Chip Timing we will need many extra volunteers (15+). We will need volunteers to put together packets, which must be matched up with the correct runner. And for the day of the run, we need volunteers for set up and take down, help with the chips, help with morning sign-up. There is also a children’s run which needs a few people to oversee. Any one interested in helping out? Please let me know ASAP as there is a meeting on Tuesday evening and I would like to have some numbers. If we are to use the chips at other events then this is the perfect opportunity to become familiar with how they are used. Thank you for your help. Call (845) 255-8801 for more information.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of the New Paltz Turkey Trot! All volunteers will receive a Turkey Trot t-shirt and refreshments.
