Please join us for Farm to Food Pantry Blueberry Gleaning Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings throughout July and early August at 2324 US-209 in Hurley.
We’ll be harvesting delicious fresh blueberries donated by the Hudson Valley Farm Hub for local food pantries, shelters and community meal programs. Please join us when you are able!
Volunteers of all ages are welcome (youth volunteers must be supervised by a parent/guardian). Pantry friends are welcome to come glean for their program. Containers will be provided. On-farm training protocol provided upon arrival. Please wear sturdy shoes, sunscreen, long pants, and if possible bring your own water bottle. Volunteers are welcome to pick a pint for themselves at the end of the gleaning.
The schedule specifics will be weather dependent from week to week. If you can help out for an hour or more, please email glean@ulstercorps.org or call/text 845-481-0331.
