VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION DAY NEEDS YOUR HELP!!
The 21st Annual Volunteer Appreciation Day is on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Andy Lee Field in Woodstock. This is a ‘give back’ from the community to all those wonderful volunteers who provide for us each day all year round with their kindness, generosity, bravery and community spirit. Our request is simple: There are many tasks that you could choose from to be helpful. We need assistance in running the event so we are reaching out for your support. If you have time to help, please consider donating some of your time that day by signing up at the link below. There are several different roles to fill, including food pick-up, table setup, parking control, setting-up and serving food, supervising the food lines, and making sure the parents have checked in their children before they begin to play on the rides or enjoy the clowns.

Great music, our famous food buffet from all the restaurants in Woodstock, a RAFFLE that only the volunteers can win, along with some very good and famous Woodstock musicians. “Show up for the volunteers; they always show up for us.”
