High Falls Volunteer Projects
Here are a number of larger projects needing work at our new High Falls location, and the estimated number of “human hours”—e.g. 16 hours is a day for two people.

– Red barn has two doors in bad disrepair. Estimated: 8 human hours
-Lean-to’s in bad shape: need repairs and new siding, or possible demolition.Estimated: 36 human hours
-“Clean up on aisle 12″ – lots of construction debris and junk needs picking up around the property.Estimated: 48 human hours
– Leak-damaged ceiling in Lodge 1 (Rosebush) needs insulation replaced and new drywall hung. Taping and spackling optional.Estimated: 48 human hours
– On our aluminum 2-horse trailer the hinge for the back ramp has torn. This will require extensive body work to replace since the hinge is part of the frame. (Click on the image to see a more detailed shot.)
– We have lots of doors needing locksets installed; experience with keypad locks preferred
– We have a need for a video intercom/door buzzer and security cameras near the entrance; experts in such systems needed
– Some facia rotted off the roof of our office building, and the soffits are looking in rough shape, too.
