The Queens Galley’s executive director, Diane Reeder is a finalist in the Champions Against Child Hunger Award.
Five finalists have been selected for an online community vote, starting Feb. 22, 2010. ConAgra Foods Foundation has already committed $20,000 to Share Our Strength. Help them raise $80,000 more and reach their goal of donating $100,000 by voting for your favorite finalist! (which we hope is Diane!) The ConAgra Foods Foundation will donate $1 per vote (up to $80,000) through March 19, 2010

Join us for a powerful gathering to help raise awareness of hunger in our community and to help raise funds for several Hudson Valley organizations including: The Queens Galley, Caring Hands Soup kitchen, Daily Bread Soup Kitchen of Woodstock, UlsterCorps, Family of Woodstock, Angel Food East, Rosendale Food Pantry, Saint James food pantry, God Given Bread food pantry, Chiz’s Heart street, People’s Place, Libertyview Farm Hunger relief projects.
