Green Awareness for the Consumer
Saturday, February 20, from 9:30 – 11:30 am
We all want to reduce energy costs. Every day the word “Green†enters our lives either through
the newspaper, TV specials, or radio broadcasts. What does it mean for the average consumer?
Th is course will look at how the consumer can maximize the energy effi ciency of existing
equipment and explore available options for more effi cient systems for both fuel sources and
water consumption. Come join us as we look at how to reduce energy costs as we explore “Greenâ€
concepts from Green heating to Green plumbing. Gene Mattiaccio is President of Green Air
Technologies, and has been teaching HVAC at the Ulster BOCES Career & Technical Center for
over six years.
Solar Incentives

energy costs throughout the year. Utilizing a common sense approach to identify energy
