Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who helped out at our Souper Painting Party June 27th!
From Holly: Our volunteer orientations have both been better attended than we hoped. Veritas Villa has been an INCREDIBLE help. UlsterCorps got us great coverage for our Souper painting day, and Beth and Nancy were great helps! The library is going to be the prettiest little library anyone ever saw, and the book nook is very inviting. We have a kid’s area, which is looking cute.
The Pay-it-Forward Center will be providing resources in the Kerhonkson/Ellenville area including: a soup kitchen, food pantry, clothes closet, small home repairs, resume writing, and job readiness assistance. Volunteers always welcome! Stop by to see how you can best help serve our neighbors. 6508 Route 209, Kerhonkson or call 626-5200.

Volunteers are needed to help paint, assemble shelves, clean out basement, spruce up & plant around the building. Paint and brushes will be provided, but if you have extras please bring them along. Please bring your own work gloves and a rake if you have one. Parents, please feel free to bring children who are 10 years old or older to help out. Since some of the work is outside and we are located on a busy section of 209 we feel it’s safer if younger children do not attend this event.
Beverages will be provided!
