Inspired by the sustainable food community of the Hudson Valley, the Global Food Crisis Conference was born out of the Sustainable Agriculture Club at SUNY New Paltz. The idea behind the GFCC was and is to learn about international food shortages and to help brainstorm ways that we as both a community and as individuals can help. Everyone eats, and everyone can get involved!
