Alzheimer’s Association seeks dependable Volunteers for The Walk To End Alzheimer’s, Saturday 9/20/14 starting at 8:30 and ending around 12:30 at The Highland (across from Poughkeepsie) side of The Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park. You will be asking people to sign cards asking elected officials for funding for Alzheimer’s research. A lot of great people will be there for this great cause. Not required but we’re also looking for somebody to dress up as Uncle Sam or a Doctor to grab people’s attention. This volunteering is open to adults as well as mature teens.
