Volunteers will be needed for Family’s Domestic Violence Services Gift Drive in Kingston Wednesday December 18th from 9:30am-4:30pm to assist with set up and gift sorting, and Thursday December 19th from 11am-1pm to assist with cleanup. If you are available to help out for a portion of either day, please email volunteers@fowinc.org.
Donations of unwrapped gifts and winter clothing for the many families served through Family of Woodstock’s walk-in centers and shelters are also welcome and can be dropped off at any of Family’s Walk in Centers:

People’s Place Project Santa
Every December, we gift local Ulster County children between the ages of newborn – 14 years old with a package containing toys, board games, books, stocking stuffers, and winter weather clothing. In December 2018, we helped over 2,000 children have a happy holiday!

Toys for Tots
It might seem like just another toy, to you. But for a child in need, a brand-new toy can deliver a message of hope that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, and patriotic citizens. The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
