 any questions.\n\nThe Ulster County Department of Social Services\, Office
  for the Aging and NY Connects\, are partnering to bring both professional
 s and the public together to learn about area agencies\, support services 
 and other resources serving Ulster County residents. This year's event wil
 l take place at The Kingston Plaza\, 151 Plaza Road\, Kingston\, NY from 1
 1:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Vendors are encouraged to decorate their vehicle tr
 unks or tables in a Halloween theme.\n\nAttendees will park their vehicles
  and visit each provider to receive a "Halloween treat" and learn about th
 e services offered. There is no fee to participate in this event\, but you
