SANKOFA: A Day of Traditional African Crafts as part of Black History Month In Kingston

Volunteer Shifts to be filled:
Full Day
9:30am – 7:pm
2 people to float where needed
Morning:
1/2 day
9:30am – 2:00pm
Natural Dye workshop and community weaving help, as well as kid program help.
2 – 4 people to float where needed.
Afternoon:
2:00 – 6:30pm
Sewing, weaving and possible kid program help.
4 – 8 experienced sewers to help with sewing machines, piecing together quilt squares and hand-stitching.
2 – 3 people to float where needed
Clean-Up
6:00 – 7:00/7:30pm
2 – 4 people
