American Red Cross seeks Community Disaster Preparedness Instructors
Citizen Preparedness Corps instructor training
October 27th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
33 Everett Road, Albany, NY 12205
The American Red Cross is currently seeking volunteers to deliver Citizen Preparedness Corps and other disaster preparedness programming to your community. Statewide, the Red Cross has been asked by Governor Cuomo to deliver this important information to 20,000 people before March 2015. A large chunk of those folks are in the Northeastern NY Region, so we need help reaching them all. Sign up for the one of the next scheduled Citizen Preparedness Corps instructor training on October 27th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 33 Everett Road, Albany, NY 12205. Please note that while the training is in Albany, the CPC classes you would teach would be in Ulster County (you can choose how broad an area you would like to cover geographically). Should you or someone you know be interested, please respond to this email or contact Eric Gaunay at eric.gaunay@redcross.org or (518) 694-5173.
