Ulster County Department of Mental Health are seeking volunteers to assist us for our Mind, Body & Soul Youth & Parent Expo on Saturday, November 18th at the YMCA of Kingston & Ulster County. This event will welcome families from across the County to engage in fun wellness activities of all types and learn about community resources that are available. The event runs from 11am-3pm with set-up beginning at 9am and clean up wrapping up by 4pm. We need volunteers to assist with set-up, helping guests navigate the Y and find activities, serve food and help with clean up. This is a great opportunity for young adults and adults.
