Thank you for your interest in Volunteering at the 2016 Million Women Drummer’s Global Gathering. Volunteers will take a turn to help create and build and to support the MWDG gathering village. You can Volunteer before, during or after the MWDG Gathering in October.
Volunteer areas range from audio-visual to creative art, from organizing areas to set up, load in and artist support. Volunteers hours are sculled to support your participation in the Gathering workshops, performances and all any of featured events held on Saturday and Sunday. Volunteers will also have easily access designated parking available.
MWDG Volunteers will have warm, wholesome food, beverages and snacks provided and everyone will receive special Thank You from the MWDG Market. Volunteering opportunity is open to all members of the community, age 16yrs and older.
Volunteer Applications must be submitted by October 13th.
Volunteers are needed during these Dates:
* Wednesday October 12 (Pre)
* Thursday October 13 (Pre)
* Friday October 14 (Pre)
* Saturday October 15 (Gathering Event Day)
* Sunday October 16 (Gathering Event Day)
* Monday October 17 (Post)
Below is the on-line MWDG Volunteer Application , which is the only way to apply. Please fill out all of the areas below and click the Submit button at the bottom of the Application. The Red * indicates areas are required to Submit your Application. Some area require physical ability or particular skills. Please choose the Volunteer area that will highlight your skills and abilities. We will do our best to assign you to areas that match your skills and abilities.
Each Volunteer Application will be considered, with priorty consideration choosen by date of submission, Applicant’s availability and the needs of MWDG 2016.
