First Responder CPR for Animals

Dr. Joe of Catskill Veterinarian services in Rock Hill has tailored this program specifically for first responders in order to give us yet another tool, and the confidence to carry out or job. This class teaches first responders proper handling of household pets, how to check a heartbeat and pulse, how to treat for shock, pet CPR, and other basic first aid that can be rendered in an emergency. Whether you’re an EMS provider, firefighter or law enforcement officer, we’ve all been at this scenes where pets become victims and the public looks to emergency services personnel for help.
