Farm to Food Pantry Squash Processing
when: Wednesday November 30th, 2016, 10am-4pm
where: Ulster County Community Action
70 Lindsley Ave, Kingston
We will be processing winter squash (acorn & butternut) donated by Kelders Farm. The squash will be roasted, mashed, bagged, labelled and frozen for winter distribution in local food pantries and feeding programs through the RVGA Farm to Food Pantry Program.
