Thank you for your interest in volunteering for CCE’s annual recital!! Volunteers are needed to help on both May 10th from 6-9pm for rehearsal and the day of the event 3-9pm backstage, helping supervise children, before the event decorating or after the event cleaning.
Volunteers needed in the following areas. Please choose all that you would be interested in helping with. Committees will be created around our volunteer list.
- Set up & Decorations 9am-12pm (10-15 people)
- Concession (4-8 people)
- Back Stage organization and performer assistance (15-20 people)
- Stage Hands (6-8 people)
- Breakdown / Clean Up 8-10pm (10-15 people)
- Outdoor organization: People / Parking (4 people)
