WODSTOCK VOLUNTEERS DAY NEEDS YOUR HELP!!
The 20th Annual Woodstock Volunteers Day is on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Andy Lee Field in Woodstock.
We are especially proud that this is our 20th year celebrating our wonderful volunteers and we expect our biggest crowd ever for a wonderful day of Music, (7 bands are booked to play), Food (26 restaurants are providing food for the event) Fun for Kids (the Berenstain Bears, BeeBee The Clown, an inflatable obstacle course for the kids, Jugglers from the Mid-Hudson Juggling Club, the WAiV RAFFLE in which only the volunteers can win the prizes! The Dedication in which all volunteers are declared the “Guests of Honor” Senator Michele Hinchey, U.C. Executive Jen Metzger and others will be there to honor the volunteers.
Our request is simple: we need assistance in running the event so we are reaching out to the community for support. If you have time to help us honor our volunteers, please consider donating some of your time that day by signing up at the link below. There are several different roles to fill, including food pick-up, table setup, sign-in, parking control, the set-up and the serving of food and supervising the food and children activities lines.
