TO ALL ENY DISASTER PERSONNEL:
The American Red Cross will be conducting two in-person classes at their Mid-Hudson Valley office (4 Jefferson Plaza, Suite 302, Poughkeepsie 12601) this Sunday, September 24. The two classes are:
1. Everyone Is Welcome from 11:30am to 12:30 pm.
2. Psychological First Aid from 1pm to 5:30 pm.
These two classes are very strongly recommended for anyone deploying and are required for a GAP in Sheltering and Client Casework and some other activities.
They are unable to provide lunch, so if you are attending both classes, please bring your lunch. There is a refrigerator where you can keep items cold and a microwave where you could heat things up.
Please register for the class by one of two methods:

- Register using the American Red Cross Volunteer Connection, then click on Disaster Training, then click on the class in the calendar.
They need to have an approximate idea of the number attending.
You can also take both classes online. Instructions for this can be obtained by contacting the Regional Training Coordinator.
