We could use some assistance with both setting up and breaking down for our event. This involves moving folding tables and chairs and some related activities. Set up preparations are Friday night, April 19, at 4 pm and again on Saturday morning, April 20, at 9 am. Breaking down and cleaning up will be begin at 4 pm on April 20, when the event ends.
Every year we have over a hundred flags of the United Nations flying on Huguenot Street and we leave then up for a couple of weekends. The “planting of the flags” takes place on Thursday April 18, at 4 pm. Mark Varian and his crew can provide instructions and directions. He can be reached at (646) 296 4676) for more information.
