The Woodstock 19th Annual Volunteers Day – A Day of Gratitude will take place this summer on August 19th.
All current and retired volunteers will be treated to a delightful afternoon, and welcomed as the “Guests of Honor.” There will be music at The Andy Lee Field Recreation Park at 58 Rock City Road to celebrate and thank all those who volunteer. The public is invited, and welcome to be there for the celebration.
Music, Food, Fun for Kids and Fireworks
Like a Valentine, or any acknowledgement or remembrance, such as Veteran’s Day, Mother’s Day and many other days and ways we show our gratitude, Volunteers Day, is an opportunity, to honor and thank all those wonderful people in our communities who make our world a better place through their kindness, generosity and positive community spirit. It’s one day out of the year, in which we show our appreciation, and regard all volunteers as the guests of honor.
*The event starts with great food from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

*Fun for kids between 3:00 to 6:00 PM
*Entertainment all afternoon long until dark.
*The greatest fireworks show in the Hudson Valley presented by the Woodstock Volunteer Fire Dept. at 9:00 PM
