 Annual UlsterCorps Service Summit will be held Wednesday April 29th\, 2026
  from 8:30am – 12:30pm at SUNY New Paltz and is co-sponsored by the Cent
 er for Student Engagement\, the Benjamin Center for Public Policy at SUNY 
 New Paltz\, Hudson Valley Credit Union\, the Thomas and Corinne Nyquist Fo
 undation\, and Ulster Savings Bank.\n\nEach year since our founding in 200
 9\, UlsterCorps has hosted a Service Summit at SUNY New Paltz bringing tog
 ether students\, volunteers and community leaders from the nonprofit\, bus
 iness\, higher education and governmental sectors to address the work and 
 value of volunteerism and collaborative projects in Ulster County.\n\nThe 
 focus for the 2026 Summit will be volunteer opportunities and service in s
 upport of food security and food access. It will feature panel discussions
  of successful case studies\, new models\, and best practices. As always i
 t will include roundtable discussions giving all attendees an opportunity 
 to participate and network. Members of the community interested in volunte
 ering with these initiatives are welcome to attend\, either for the entire
  Summit or for the Volunteer Fair from 12-12:30pm.\n\nThe Summit\, which i
 s free to participants\, is part of the on-going work of UlsterCorps to de
 epen the knowledge about volunteerism and to find ways to strengthen a cul
 ture of service and collaboration in Ulster County. A locally-sourced\, he
 althy breakfast is included. Registration is limited to the first 125 indi
