A drive-thru thank you event honoring all volunteers in Ulster County
Celebrating your service to the community and honoring the legacy of Dr Martin Luther King Jr.
Volunteers from ALL Ulster County non-profits are welcome at UlsterCorps’ 12th Annual MLK Day Celebration of Service, Saturday January 16th, 2021, 12-2pm outside the Rosendale Recreation Center, 1055 NY-32, Rosendale, NY (Monday January 18th snow date). The event honors volunteers from service organizations throughout Ulster County for their hard work and dedication.
The event celebrates the broad circle of kindness and generosity that knits us together as a community and demonstrates the value of the volunteer spirit across all generations. The event is free and will include goodie bags for all attendees who pre-register by January 11th. There will also be an event program listing the names of all volunteers who pre-register by January 11th, and all businesses and agency partners contributing goodie bag items and supporting the event. Volunteers from all Ulster County non-profits are welcome to attend. This will be a drive-thru event – you are welcome to drive through any time between 12pm and 2pm to receive your goodie bag, event program and words of gratitude. We ask all attendees to wear a mask or face covering while at the event.
