Ulster-Greene ARC was founded in 1956 by local families seeking services for their children with special needs. It now offers services from birth through adulthood that include early intervention, preschool, Universal Pre-K, special education, school to work transition, vocational training and job placement, day services, residential, clinical, medical and dental, recreational services, guardianship, advocacy, and service coordination among others.
