All Ulster County service agencies were invited to ask a local artist of their choice to contribute a piece on their behalf. Submissions were accepted on a first come first serve basis subject to approval by the Coordinating Committee. Artists are asked to set a reserve price and will receive either 25 or 50% of sale price (determined by each artist); a small percentage will go to covering expenses; the rest will go to individual agencies. Participating agencies are asked to help with PR, inviting supporters and potential buyers to the opening and closing gala events. A portion of ticket sale proceeds will also be shared among participating agencies. They will also be invited to speak about the services their agency provides at a series of free Saturday afternoon educational and informational talks, along with the artist representing them (see schedule of events).

Information for Artists
Participating artists will keep a portion of the sale price, either 25 or 50% (determined by individual artists) and set a reserve price, below which the work will not be sold. In addition to the Live Auction July 17th, works will be for sale throughout the exhibit at a Red Dot Purchase Price (125% of retail suggested). Artists are asked to submit a brief statement about the agency they are supporting, which will be displayed in the gallery beside their work. And thank you so much to the many artists who have generously offered to contribute works to benefit local agencies!
Receiving is June 7th & 8th, 12-5pm at WAAM, 28 Tinker Street, Woodstock
Participating artists & performers will receive one free ticket
and one additional discounted ticket ($15) to the Gala Preview Reception June 11th
and one free ticket to the Benefit Auction July 17th.
