We will:
weed of some more aggressive plants (hops, some pokeweed, inconveniently located poison ivy, overzealous mulberry and locust)?
Clean up the beds, fertilize and cover with cardboard for winter.
possibly plant some perennials/bulbs upfront?
begin to consider a location for a compost pile
develop a regular list of garden helpers/attendants
compile a list of spring planting ideas
Please bring any basic garden tools (rake, shovel, clippers) and know how you have and a warm soup or bread to share! We’ll have bowls and spoons and smiles!
Wear gloves, weather appropriate clothes, sturdy shoes.
